Are you an existing GigaTools customer and you want to upgrade your Account? Here is how it works.

When you upgrade or crossgrade from an existing GigaTools Account to a different Account, we charge you for the new Account and credit you with the unused time remaining from your previous Account. So for example if you have a Single Account that expires in 6 months and you want to upgrade to a Twin Account, GigaTools will charge you for a new Twin Account (£3 / Month – £36 / Year) and then credit you for the unused 6 months of your old Single Account at the value of the Twin Account.

So we take the 6 months at the Single price  (6 x £2 = £12) then credit that to the new Twin Account (£12 / £3 = 4 Months) So the new Twin Account will have an expiry date of 1 Year and 4 Months.
